Shopary: FAQs
- FAQ1: I get a Network Error contacting server.
A: If you encounter an error initiating a network activity (i.e. 'Publish Deal' or 'Get Deals') wait a second and try to initiate again. The Shopary server may be under heavy load.
- FAQ2: I encountered a bug.
A: Please contact feedback@shopary.com with details on how the error occurred and how to reproduce the problem in addition to your device type (i.e. iPod Touch, iPhone 3GS). Also, a screenshot (press Power and Home) can be useful to diagnose the problem.
- FAQ3: I get a message saying 'Unable to Retrieve Deals'.
A: If you have not setup any notifications (Settings->Push Notifications) then Shopary is unable to find any deals because you're not subscribed to anything. Try adding a location or category and try again.
